Shipping policy

We offer free delivery to any UK Mainland address as standard, however note that delivery to Scottish Highlands, Islands and Channel Islands and Northern Ireland will include a surcharge. Please contact us for details.

Each product page will confirm if an item is in stock or available as pre-order. In stock items will normally be despatched within 2-3 working days. Pre-order items will be despatched within 2-3 days of their restock date. We will keep you fully informed in the event of any unforeseen delays.

We work with several delivery partners, some of whom specialise in large item deliveries. Depending on your order, this may mean that your items are delivered by more than one courier.

In some cases, we will provide you with a tracking number to allow you to follow the progress of your delivery. In other cases, the carrier will contact you via SMS or telephone to provide you with delivery updates.

Delivery Terms and Conditions

Delivery will be attempted to the address which is provided by you during the checkout process.

It is your responsibility to advise us of any errors or change of address in advance of an order being despatched. If an order cannot be delivered due to an incomplete or incorrect address being entered, and where you do not arrange to collect the order from the courier, if the order is returned to us, we will refund the order less any delivery charges and fees incurred by us.

As delivery updates may be provided by SMS or telephone, please ensure that you supply a valid telephone number and that you monitor calls and messages after placing an order.

Please ensure that you monitor tracking details when provided and that you are available to accept delivery of your items on the day of delivery. If the carrier contacts you directly and arranges delivery, please ensure that you are available at the agreed time.

In the event of failed delivery, a cancellation, restocking or redelivery charge may be applied.

Delivery of large items is made to the ground floor only for insurance purposes.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the items ordered are correct and will fit through your door. If delivery fails due to access issues, a cancellation, restocking or redelivery charge may be applied.
